TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Payments for Events

There will be a processing fee for all booking cancellations of $35.

  1. Cancellation of a booking for an event must be made more than 6 weeks prior to the event in order to obtain a refund.  After 6 weeks, refund requests will be considered on a case by case basis and the $35 fee will apply to all approved refunds.
  2. If the event is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded, but IYFR will not be responsible for transport expenses incurred.

 

Payment for Regalia

  1. IYFR must be contacted within 7 days of receipt of goods if you are unhappy with them.
  2. Faulty goods must be returned within 30 days.
  3. If goods are returned in a condition that prevents them from being resold, a refund will not be paid.
  4. Goods which have been personalised cannot be returned unless they are found to be faulty.
