TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Payments for Events
There will be a processing fee for all booking cancellations of $35.
- Cancellation of a booking for an event must be made more than 6 weeks prior to the event in order to obtain a refund. After 6 weeks, refund requests will be considered on a case by case basis and the $35 fee will apply to all approved refunds.
- If the event is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded, but IYFR will not be responsible for transport expenses incurred.
Payment for Regalia
- IYFR must be contacted within 7 days of receipt of goods if you are unhappy with them.
- Faulty goods must be returned within 30 days.
- If goods are returned in a condition that prevents them from being resold, a refund will not be paid.
- Goods which have been personalised cannot be returned unless they are found to be faulty.
