International Commodore, Angélica (Angie) Mesistrano
Angie has Superior Studies in Foreign Trade. Master’s Degree in Strategic Marketing. She has developed her work life in the field of business. She was Director of the Foreign Trade Commission of the Chamber of Industry of Buenos Aires Province and President of the Foreign Trade Commission of Italo-Argentina bilateral Chamber of Commerce. In nautical sports, she has sailed and participated in several regattas, but her passion has always been motorboat racing. She was professional motorboat racing pilot for 9 years. First competitions with traditional hull and outboard engines of increasing power then changed to special prototypes with catamaran racing design and outboard motor with short leg and trimmed propeller. Some achievements: Metropolitan motorboat champion,Motorboating National Champion, The 6 International hours of motorboating, winner. Award to the best sportsperson of the year granted by the Sports Confederation. Award for outstanding performance abroad in official representation of Argentina. Participation in races abroad, integrating bi-national teams, participation in the “Le 24 Heures Motonautiques de Rouen” on the river Seine in France. Angie joined Rotary in 2011, in Rotary Club Maldonado, District 4980, Uruguay. She was Fellowships District Committee President 2013-2016. Paul Harris Fellow. International Vice Commodore, Carlo d'Amore
An Italian citizen married to his lovely wife Judyrose and father of 5 children (2 girls and 3 boys). He lives in Spain, where he is the founder and CEO of Enabling Consulting Group, helping start-up companies to build their go-to-market strategy, help them to find financing, etc... He also serves as Board Member in a few Companies.
Mr. d’Amore started his career with Memorex where, during his 18 years with the company he held several international positions from engineer to Marketing Director and Sales Director until reaching the position of Managing Director for Spain. He then moved to Compuware where he spent 11 years as Spain’s Country Manager and later he served as Executive Global Account Director, before joining Bolero International Ltd where he was appointed Global Head of Financial Institutions reporting to the CEO until end of 2017. Previously, he was the Head of Southern Europe for Bolero where he has worked since January 2011.
Mr. d’Amore holds an Engineering degree, a Masters Degree from Insead in Finance for Non-Finance Directors and another in Marketing from the Instituto de Empresa (Harvard Business School affiliate).
Hi joined Rotary Club Madrid Norte and soon became Secretary RC Madrid Norte Then he has been appointed 2 terms as President of his RC. In his term organized an international project to build and equip a clinic in Benin with the participation of 17 RC in several countries and 3 continents with a total of approximately 120.000$ fund raised. Has served as Master of Ceremony in his RC and hold 3xPHFCarlo is one of the Founder Member of the IYFR Madrid Fleet, Founder and Sponsor of the South East Fleet Alicante, Founder of the Denia Squadron, and Founder of the Marbella Squadron.

As Iberia RC Directed the organization of the A1 AGM in occasion of the Start of the VOLVO OCEAN RACE with the participation of local authorities and a peak of 250 participants. He is also an honorary Member of Italian North East Fleet and now he serve as A1 Commodore.
Owner of the “Judyrose” a 40 feet Sail Boat which I have used in Sailing trips with IYFR members to IBIZA and to Tabarca Island in several occasions.
International Rear Commodore, Yung Shou (Paul) Yiu
He was born in Keelung in 1955, the third among four brothers. At 11, his family relocated to Taipei City, where he completed his education, majoring in Industrial Engineering and obtaining an MBA degree.
From 1977 to 1991, Yiu held a senior supervisor role in the Manufacturing division at ALCATEL International. In 1980, he married Joanna Huang, and they have two children born in 1982 and 1988. In 1990, Yiu established his own business, manufacturing office furniture, particularly metal furniture, for local clients like UB, Xerox, and Makro. His business flourished, expanding to export furniture to the US and the Philippines, where he also constructed a factory in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
Yiu's community involvement began in August 1999 when he joined the Feitsui Rotary Club RID 3840. Later, he became President of the Taipei Yoai Rotary Club during the 2006-2007 term. He is a Paul Harris Society Member and Major Donor, reflecting his significant contributions. Yiu's leadership extended to various committee chairmanships, earning him multiple awards and achievements.
In 2015, Yiu joined the International Yachting Fellowship of Rotarians (IYFR) as a Charter Mariner of the Dragon Fleet, Philippines, under the guidance of FC DG Edmond Aguilar. 2019 Motivated by DG Ed, Yiu established the Taiwan Voyager Fleet during the Corona19 pandemic. A year later, he formed the Polaris Fleet, making Taiwan an IYFR Region and becoming its first Regional Commodore. The Taiwan Voyager Fleet and Polaris Fleet generously supported the Ukraine Fleet with a donation of $4,000 for medicine and supplementary supplies.
Yiu's visionary initiatives continued to flourish as he chartered additional fleets in Taiwan. Over the following years, he successfully established the Formosa Fleet & Southern, Cross Fleet, Year 2023 Galaxy Fleet, and Sapphire Star Fleet, bringing the total number of fleets in Taiwan to six within just three years. Through his leadership, Taiwan's presence in the IYFR community significantly expanded.
